Trading Hands Kids Sale…
Trading Hands Kids sale was started in 2006, in Springfield MO. Since that time, we have grown steadily and we are located at the 35,000 sq ft Ozark Empire Fairgrounds E-Plex, offering gently-used items, including toys, clothing, furniture, baby equipment and much more!
In March 2013, we started a new sale location in Springfield ILLINOIS. This sale is located at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, ORR Building. We are thrilled to be bringing families in Central Illinois the opportunity to stretch their family budget by shopping & selling by consignment.
In Spring 2022, we are SO excited to be adding the KCC Sale in Peoria, IL and they will become Trading Hands Peoria IL!

Our Sale Organizer, Julie Rhoads…
Julie has been shopping with Trading Hands since their 2nd sale in Mar. 2007! She has discovered the benefits of shopping & selling by consignment and is excited to be able to continue to offer families this opportunity to stretch their family budget. She has been running the sale since Mar. 2011. Julie is originally from East-Central Illinois (Paris, IL) and is thrilled to have a second sale location in Springfield IL!
Julie’s husband, Jeff, is a huge part of keeping Trading Hands Kids Sale running during sale week. He is in charge of set-up/tear-down/cash registers and heavy lifting! They live in Springfield MO and have 2 children, Lily is 14 and Liam is 12. In addition to organizing these events, Julie runs Wee-Cycle Kids Sale in Bartlesville, OK.
