1 - Register Online

Let us know you plan to participate by registering online. Upon registering, you will be given a consignor number. This number will be used for all present and future sales. Everyone one will get a new consignor number this sale. Click Here to register now!
A registration fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your consignor check.

2 - Gather Items
-
Clean out those closets and reclaim some of that precious storage space! Gather everything your children do not use. There is a 15 item minimum to consign.

3 - Prepare Your Items

The better your items look, the better they sell! We DEPEND on you to examine your items appropriately. Any item that does not meet our guidelines will be removed from the sales floor.
F Wash, iron, and clip loose threads.
F Replace missing or loose buttons.
F Check zippers and snaps.
F All clothing must be hung on hangers.
F Clothing should be sorted by gender and size for drop-off.
F Items that have several pieces, should have all items securely attached; especially toys.
See “Tagging Instructions” for detailed instructions on Preparing Tags.

4 - Order Barcodes

All items will need to be priced using barcodes. No handwritten prices will be accepted.
Barcodes are printed and mailed free of charge for registered consignors.
1. Make a list of the barcodes you need.
2. Order your barcodes online.
3. Barcodes will be mailed if ordered by March 17th at midnight. Barcodes ordered after this time will be available for pickup during drop-off hours.
Minimum item price is $1.00 with price increments of $.50. (example: $2.00 / $2.50 / $3.00)

5 - Drop Off Items

Bring your prepared items to the sale during drop-off hours. Have clothing arranged by gender and size.
- Check in at the registration desk.
- Pick up your Pre-Sale Armband.
- Bring items into building. Carts are available for your convenience.
- All clothing and shoes will undergo a thorough inspection. Any item that does not meet our guidelines will be removed.
Consignors are responsible for placing all non-clothing items on the sales floor.
Then Leave The Rest To Us.

6 - Pick Up Unsold Items

Pick up your unsold items on Sunday, March 28, 2009 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. All items that have not been picked up by this time will be donated to a local charity.
Due to time constraints, doors will be locked at 2:00 PM. We will not be able to hold items past this time.
Pick up your check on Sunday when you collect your unsold items! Checks that are not picked up will be mailed by April 5, 2010.
Checks not cashed after 90 days of issue date will be void.
