Previous Sales

WORKERS MUST BE A REGISTERED CONSIGNOR FOR THE CURRENT SALE.
Registered consignors must bring a minimum of 15 items to consign.
Worker pre-sale passes are issued when you drop off your items.

WORKER AGREEMENT

In an effort to maintain the high standards our consignors and customers have come to expect at Trading Hands Kids Sale, we have set forth these guidelines to ensure we maintain a sufficient number of volunteer workers.

I agree that as a THKS Volunteer Worker I will:

  • Bring a minimum of 15 items to consign with THKS during the current sales event.
  • Fulfill my entire 4 hour work shift.
  • Will speak highly of THKS during my work shift, if approached by a consignor or shopper.
  • If necessary, cancel my work shift on or before September 8, 2010 at midnight.

I understand that without volunteer workers, THKS could not maintain the quality of event that consignors and customers have come to expect.  For this reason, if I cannot fulfill my designated work shift, I agree to have the following penalties applied to my consignor account if I should fail to cancel any of my work shifts by midnight on September 8, 2010.

  • I will incur a 50% deduction to my consignor check.  If I do not bring items in to consign with THKS during the current sale, I will incur this fee during the next THKS sales event I participate in as a consignor.
  • I will be prohibited from volunteering at any future THKS Sales Events.

 

In the event that an unforeseen situation arises, THKS will allow a friend or family member to replace the worker with no penalties.
I understand that as a volunteer worker I cannot:

 

  • Bring children to my work shift.
  • Bring in my personal items for consignment during my work shift.  Please allow plenty of time to drop off your items either before or after your work shift.
  • Eat meals during my work shift.
