1.   Apply NOW to participate. We will begin considering applications on August 9, 2010.

Examples: youth groups, boy scout troops, girl scout troops, charities, sports teams, schools, etc. 
2.  Distribute flyers to your members. We will provide a PDF copy of the flyer.
Simply print and start handing out.
See example flyer HERE. Each flyer will be personalized with the name of your organization/group. 
+ TIP: Have a goal for each member to hand out 10+ flyers. More flyers = more money!
3.  All flyers turned in on Friday, Friday September 17, 2010 from your organization will receive 10% of the
combined total sales.
Checks will be mailed within two weeks from the end of the sale.
+ Sales tax is NOT included in total sales.

To Participate:
Apply on or before Friday, September 10, 2010 by filling out our application form
.  We will begin taking applications on August 9, 2010, 2010.   Applicants must be an established organization with a clearly defined purpose.
Please include ALL of the following information in your request:

  • Organization Name
  • President/Leader
  • Description & General Purpose of Organization
  • Contact Information: Name, Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • E-mail Address
  • Check Payable To (name)

ALL APPLICANTS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with approval along with a PDF copy of your flyer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All flyers must be handed out at your club/organization. Flyers may not be distributed at the Trading Hands Kids Sale Event or on the premises. Any organization found to be distributing flyers at the Event or on the premises will be disqualified from the promotion.
