** We close promptly at 4pm so plan accordingly. We can not accommodate late drop offs as we begin inspection at 4pm.

Drop Off Steps
- Check-In, inside the front door. When you sign in, you’ll receive your Presale Passes. DO NOT LOSE THEM!!
- NO WAITING FOR INSPECTION: You will be placing clothing on racks in correct size/gender, shoes in baskets in correct size/gender. You will place non-clothing items in labeled tubs around the perimeter of tables. We will inspect clothing ON the racks during/after drop off. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned at Pick up.
- If you have large items, go to Large Item Tagging Station. We will provide big, pink large item tags for big/bulky items (furniture, baby gear, big/outside toys, etc). The white consignor tag for your item will attach to this big pink tag. Consignor will fill out the TOP of pink tag and attach your white consignor tag to BOTTOM. Then you will attach your big pink tag to your items and place it on the floor. Email will drop off details will be sent SUN Mar 17 for MO, SUN Apr 8 for Springfield IL and MON APR 29 for Peoria IL. Refer to this email for drop off details.

How Pick Up Works
* NOTE: We are unable to hold unclaimed items or arrange later pick-up times. Items left behind will be donated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
WE WILL SORT FOR 4 HOURS AFTER THE SALE. Depending on the number of items left to sort and number of Sort workers, we may not completely sort all items.
Consignors are responsible for collecting all of their items before they leave.
Trading Hands is NOT responsible for any items forgotten, overlooked or left behind.
- You will visit the areas below, pick up your unsold items FIRST.
- NON-CLOTHING/TABLE ITEMS: Consignor numbers will be in numerical order on index cards on the tables or sorted by 100s. FIND YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER ON THE TABLE: your sorted pile of items will be there. If table sections are unsorted or partially sorted, you’ll look for your items there.
- CLOTHING: clothing will be sorted to 100s. Each row will be labeled. Go to your 100s section (ex. Consignor 919 would go to the 900 row and pull all the 919 clothing).
- LOST + FOUND: check the area where hold was for any of your items that have lost a tag or gotten separated.
- LARGE ITEMS: unsold large items will be on the sales floor for you to collect.
- ALL items will be checked as you exit.
- If you have large items, please bring someone to help you load items.
- Any items not picked up by end of pick up time will be donated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- ANYONE can pick up your unsold items. No ID required, but they will need your Consignor #.

* NEW 2024: We will be paying Sellers via Echecks which can be printed on regular copy paper and deposited, can be electronically deposited or transferred to PayPal.
- Sellers are responsible for providing an active email account where Echeck payment will be sent after the event.
